Michelle Judice stands out in the real estate industry with a diverse professional background that sets her apart.  Previous careers in Treasury at a leading telecom and Trading Operations at UBS has provided the foundation to bring financial acumen, strategic problem-solving, and operational excellence to every transaction. 

During time off to raise a family, Michelle took flying lessons while her 2 boys were at school.  She became a private pilot and leveraged her love of aviation into a new career, landing a job in corporate aviation management for financial institutions. Drawing on the experience of working in highly regulated, client-focused environments, she is known for fostering positive partnerships.

Michelle is an active member of the CouTOURe Club and Unified Members of the Palm Beaches where she supports non-profits that uplift the local community. As the Co-Founder of Women in Aviation International Westchester Chapter and Past Executive Director of the Westchester Aviation Association, she has played a key role in advocating for aviation and empowering women in the field.
